Joyce Riggs, age 85, of Atlantic, Iowa, passed away early Tuesday morning, September 13, 2011 at the Cass County Hospice Center in Atlantic. There will be a visitation with the family Thursday evening, September 15, from 5:00 to 6:00. A private family burial at the Atlantic Cemetery will be Friday morning, September 16, prior to the memorial service for Joyce to be held at 10:30 at the First Baptist Church in Cumberland, Iowa.
