Sending my condolences to the family! I never knew Wallace or his wife Jean we were just driving by when we noticed him and we were the 2nd ones there to help I wish we could have done more, this wasn't the outcome anyone needs! My father sat with him till the ambulance arrived and me and the other gentleman who stopped first sat with Jean! I'm so sorry this happened and my thoughts and prayers are with all of you through this and with Jean Dolch! God Bless you all!
