Obituary for Mark Knudsen
Mark Knudsen, 66, of Cantonment, Florida, and formerly of Atlantic, Iowa, died Saturday, May 22, 2021, in Pensacola, Florida.
Mark is survived by his wife, Julie of almost 42 years; his son, Ben (Becca), Knudsen of Sequatchie, Tennessee; his daughter, Emily Knudsen, of Pensacola, Florida; his two grandsons, Brantley and Bennett Knudsen; and his grand-puppy, Theo. Mark is also survived by his brother, James (Cindy) Knudsen; his parents-in-law, Vernett and Beverly Martens, of Atlantic; and his sister-in-law, Amy (Lawrence) Olguin, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, along with a number of nieces and nephews.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Dagny Knudsen, of Atlantic.
A Celebration of Life Visitation with the family present will be from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., Friday, September 3rd, at Roland Funeral Home in Atlantic. The family is requesting face coverings be worn.
A private family interment will be held at the Carson Cemetery, immediately following the visitation.
Memorials may be directed to the family for designation at a later date.
