Sommer Wickham, 19, of Omaha, Nebraska, died Monday, October 8, 2018, at Methodist Hospital in Omaha.

Sommer Nicole was born January 10, 1999, at St. Joseph Hospital in Omaha. She attended school in Omaha and graduated from the Elk Horn High School in Elk Horn, Nebraska with the Class of 2017. She was employed at Dickey’s BBQ Pit for a short time and then Zumiez at West Roads Mall in Omaha.

Sommer was a free spirited, kind, caring, outgoing, and loving girl. She enjoyed being around people and was a social butterfly. She loved anything to do with music, whether it was playing guitar, attending concerts, or just listening to it. Sommer had a passion for art and photography, and she planned to pursue a degree in photography. She also enjoyed spending time with her special companion cat, Journey.

Visitation is planned for Saturday, October 13, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at the New Life Church in Atlantic.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018, at 3:00 p.m. at the New Life Church in Atlantic, with Pastor Ben Winford officiating.
