Condolence: One of the blessings that came from my long friendship with Linda was getting to know her mother, Lorraine. She was a role model in every aspect of her life -- as a devoted wife and mother, as a strong, resilient woman with a quick wit who gave us all a lesson in growing old gracefully. My heart goes out to the Vedane family, especially to my dear friend Linda. Lorraine's passing leaves a huge hole, but I know she created enough happy memories to fill that empty space, and her influence and love will never leave her daughters. Love, Barb
