Condolence From: Donna (Cook) Harms
Condolence: I have many fond memories of Rev. Hohl. He was instrumental in building the new church in Lewis which combined the Methodist and Congregational churches. What a challenge that was for him. And I was so thankful he agreed to be the pastor that married I and my current husband at the Avoca Music Festival and then sang the Lord's Prayer acapello at the spur of the moment. A great man of God. I will always cherish the privilege of knowing him.

Condolence: Our prayers and thoughts for the family of their loved one. Rev. Hohl touched so many lives for Christ through his witness and ministry. I cherish the memory of him singing "The Lord's Prayer" a cappella. So powerful! "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his faithful servants." Psalm 116:15

Condolence: More than anyone else, Dick mentored me in ministry through his wisdom, example, and integrity. I will forever be grateful for his advice and encouragement. My ministry, my personal journey, and my marriage are reflections of the Rev. Richard Hohl. No finer man was called into ministry, and we are all blessed because of his devotion to God and his service to others. I know Dick is thrilled to be in heaven and rejoicing in the presence of the Lord!
