Arlene was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Elsie Bode; twin sons, Donald (died at birth) and Ronald Jahnke in 1999; and sister, Maxine Dolch on March 25, 2012.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 27 at 1:00 p.m. in the Roland Funeral Home of Atlantic. The committal service will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery at Lewis, Iowa.
